When you wake up in the morning,say your affirmations: affirmations lowers your stress level and calms you.
Quote: Things don’t change,you change your way of looking, that’s all.
Take your time saying your affirmations out loud,and believe them.Believing is what makes it work. You can also add your own affirmations to these.
-today is a good day
-my son is having a good day and a productive day
-he is safe
-he is content
-he is healthy
-he is resting
these are his decisions and not mines-he is strong
-he is protected
-he is my son and I love him

Never be in a hurry. do everything quietly and in a calm spirit.
don’t lose your inner peace for anything whatsoever even if your whole world seems upset.
